What to expect

I'm New

We are a caring and inclusive community of faith offering a place for everyone, whether in a worship service, Church School class, Bible study, fellowship group, or outreach team. We are a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA). Learn more about what we believe and our congregation's 150-year history in Fort Worth.

Our mission statement, "Inspiring Disciples...Engaging the World," lives into an interpretation of this expressed mission and best exemplifies the simple, yet profound goals we have as a community of faith. The best way to learn about First Presbyterian Church Fort Worth is to come and experience for yourself — through worship, study, outreach, friendships, and more — what a vibrant and meaningful community we are.

Where do I park?

First Pres provides ample parking in two lots, one in front of our main campus and one just to the north of Texas Street. Spots are marked and designated for handicap parking as well as parking for those 70-years-old and older (directly in front of the Office and Chapel). In addition, designated visitor parking is available (directly across the street from the Sanctuary entrance). Please watch for posted signage and park clear of crosswalks so that pedestrians and those mobility impaired can cross safely.

Do YOU OFFER SUNDAY School classes?

Yes.
