Dana Fickling

Dana Fickling joined the staff of First Presbyterian Church on June 28, 1999. Dana says, "Coming to work for the church was much like returning home." Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas, Dana's earliest and fondest memories are of growing up in the church where her father pastored for 20 years.

Dana graduated from Baylor University in 1980 with her BBA. She also has a MBA in Administration from Texas Women's University. Prior to joining the church staff, she worked for twenty years in the public accounting, manufacturing, and medical industries.

Dana's husband, Karl, is an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University and works in the Intentional Interim Program with the Baptist General Convention of Texas. Dana and Karl have two sons, Ryan and Chase.

Dana and her family are active members of First Baptist Church Arlington. She is a member of the Greater Fort Worth Chapter of Church Business Administrators. At the national level, she is a member of both the Presbyterian Church Business Administrators Association and the National Association of Church Business Administrators. Dana is currently chairing the Internal Controls Committee for NACBA.
